Hollywood Monster Announces Employee of the Month for November
Member of the Project management team recognised for exceptional performance and commitment.
Mat Jephcott has been awarded Employee of the Month for November for the commitment and responsibility he has demonstrated since transferring into the Project Management Department. Throughout the past month Matt has spent a considerable amount of time working closely on site with a number of clients to ensure the smooth delivery a number of high profile projects on very tight deadlines and with very little margin for error. The attention to detail Mat showed coupled with his unswerving commitment to achieving only the highest levels of customer satisfaction is certainly worthy of commendation.

Mat Jephcott has been employed by the company just short of ten years. He brings a wealth of signage and printing experience, including project management, installation with an extensive working knowledge of production processes and materials. He joined the company working for Hollywood Signs in 2001, and then transferred to Monster Digital in 2002 to become one of the five original team members at Monster Digital. In 2007 he was promoted to Production Manager. Following the merging of the company during the Summer Mat moved into Project Management in October to look after a growing portfolio of retail clients based in London and Birmingham.
