Hollywood Monster were recent sponsors of the Industrial Agents Society West Midlands branch Christmas party held on the 10th December at the Rope Walk on St Pauls Square, Birmingham. This event held annually features the coming together of the West Midlands leading industrial property agents to celebrate the year that has been and share festivities ahead of Christmas.

For the 60 or so agents who attended this year’s event they were offered the opportunity of a ride on Santa’s Bucking Reindeer, the presentation of the annual Agent Misbehaviour Awards and a Charity Prize Draw for a chance to win four tickets to watch Blues take on Man Utd in Hollywood Monster’s Executive box on the 9th January 2010.

The football tickets went to Mark Fitzpatrick and Tesni Thacker who received two tickets each.  Other prizes included a 42 inch Plasma TV won by John Sambrooks and a Digital Photo Frame won by Arjamond Farooqui.

The other sponsors included ProLogis, Gazeley, Grafton Gate, Wantspacegotspace and Barques Design.

Hollywood Monster have confirmed details of a new sponsorship deal to become one of the gold club sponsors of Wythall (Solihull, Birmingham) based Woodrush Rugby Football Club. The deal will see the Hollywood Monster name sponsoring the first team kit and training clothing alongside pitch side hoardings and advertising within the club programme for every home fixture.

Woodrush RFC was established in 1966 by some of the old boys from Woodrush High School, located In Wythall. To this day, the club’s ground and facilities are still located at the original spot and they have recently invested heavily in improving its club house facilities, training equipment and 3 full size new pitches. In addition to the Senior Team the club also has a thriving mini junior rugby section with teams at U17, U14, U10 and U8 levels meeting and training every week. The Senior Team play in the North Midlands League South (One). The club’s colours are Emerald Green, White and Black.

Commenting on the sponsorship deal, Hollywood Managing Director Tim Andrews said: ”As an ex-pupil myself at Woodrush High School its particularly poignant that Hollywood Monster are now able to be one of the main sponsors of the Woodrush Rugby Football Club. The club is based very local to where myself and several other directors are based and we have a deep rooted association with several members. In short, we are delighted to be able to directly contribute to the club’s ongoing development. We are committed to helping clubs and societies like Woodrush develop in the communities in which we operate. It’s one of the ways in which we try to stimulate community development and local sport in general. We are particularly pleased to be able to contribute much needed sponsorship to the development of the Junior Rugby Club which really is thriving”.
