Hollywood Monster has worked with housebuilders and developers since 1994. This was the working background of our founder John Andrews so naturally, we grew from there. We have gained 26 years of knowledge in this sector and manufacture everything within our 45,000 sq ft production centre.

The need for property signage has changed so much since then, from very basic timber marketing boards and flat cut letters to something altogether different. House Builders are pushing the boundaries on construction site signage and wanting to stand out from the crowd to market their multi-million-pound developments.

We use the latest products and print technology to really help create Monster Impact, often using multiple materials to give that wow factor but keeping things affordable.

We really understand which materials work well together, from Dibond with LED lighting or digital screens and fully furnished marketing suites with printed interior wall graphics, to external totems and wayfinding signage/facias with built-up illuminated letters. With help from our dedicated Project Managers and our Nationwide Installation teams, we have a proven track record and have become very well established within the property and construction signage world.
