Convincing the bank manager to lend us £400,000 to build our first factory in 1999.

The optimist sees opportunity in every danger, the pessimist sees danger in every opportunity.
What achievement have you taken most pride in?
Personal – my two great children, Charlie and Max. Business – building a business that employs over 50 people and has a turnover in excess of £6m.

My mom or dad.

Popstar.

Duran Duran when I was growing up, now a bit of everything!

The Office, Top gear, Apprentice, grand designs.

Football – Birmingham City.
What are your hobbies?
Keeping fit, GYM, running marathons, socializing, watching sport.

In 2001 employees got together and had me arrested by a real policeman and taken to the station under spoof arrest!
