Central Park is the largest speculative logistics park in the South West currently being developed by Severnside Distribution Limited and Goodmans.

The scheme covers a massive 640 acres and can accommodate buildings over 1 million sq.ft. The scheme is thought to bring a massive 50,000 jobs to the local economy and will be built out over the next 5 years.

The erection of the corporate signage signifies the start of the marketing campaign to attract tenants to the scheme which is located adjacent to the M49 near to Avonmouth.

The decision to employ Hollywood Monster, based in Birmingham, is testament to their ability to provide a high quality, competitively priced, semi permanent marketing signage and temporary hoardings service to the property industry nationwide that not only offers a competitive solution, but one that is built to last for the entire duration of the build program.

Talking about the project, Tim Andrews, Managing Director of Hollywood Monster Ltd, expressed his delight to be chosen to carry out the works at this prestigious scheme.  He further commented that speculative schemes of this magnitude are few and far between these days and represents a real coup to the business.

Russell Croft of Knight Frank, Bristol office, confirmed that Hollywood Monster were chosen to install the signs due to their experience demonstrated on previous large scale schemes that required a similar turn-key solution and our array of experience within the property marketing industry.
